Steel security doors' maintenance is very important.

1. We should conscientiously filling cement in the gap between steel security door frame and wall; on the one hand, the steel security door frames and wall will be combined tight and effectively; on the other hand, door leaf can maintain a reasonable support with door frame to have a long-term use without deformation.

2. Good preparation before the arrival of cold winter is very important.

a. For large temperature difference between indoor and outdoor, air convection will expose the lock cylinder to moisture, so it may be appropriate drop two drops of antifreeze oil in the lock cylinder before this winter. When winter is past, it is appropriate to drop some gasoline to clean the lock cylinder. Avoid the use of vegetable oil.

b. In normal conditions, if you find lock cylinder is not flexible, you can put some pencil powder into cylinder though drink straw. This will maintain the state of lubrication

c. If it is not easy or to open the steel security doors or you have to takes some effort to open the steel security doors, usually there are some rust in the small lock tongue for moisture, you can use cloth or pensil power to clean it easily.
